Personal Feedback & PDP’s

Welcome to Week Nine of the Personal Growth Course. This week will be a one on one meeting reviewing the feedback received for you. This feedback will focus on operational excellence, attitude, and leadership. In addition, the feedback will be centered around your growth throughout this course and where you can grow looking forward. After reviewing the feedback, we will create a personal development plan for you, focusing on three months, six months, and a year. This will help guide your growth once you graduate this class.

Mentorship Content

What material did you cover in the last two weeks?

  • Explain the basic concepts of what you learned to me. How does it relate to the store? How does it relate to your personal life?

  • What tangible practices are related to these concepts? What are you actually going to do?

  • Did anything relating to what you learned not make sense? What was confusing?

  • How has your influence in the store been different because of what you learned?

  • Looking at my leadership (the mentor’s leadership), what should I (the mentor) do differently based on what you learned?

  • What specific practices can we do over the next two weeks to practice these concepts?

  • How can we hold each other accountable to practicing these concepts?
