Welcome to Week Six of the Personal Growth Course. This week we will be discussing guest recovery and area ownership. We strive to go the extra mile for our guests, which means that when we mess up, we want to recover them and delight them. In addition, we will talk about what it means to own an area, fully contributing to its success and ensuring flow, cleanliness, and excellence.
