Area Director Meeting
Welcome to Week Two of the Personal Growth Course. This week will be a one on one meeting with the Director assigned to you last week and either Ethan or Kyle. They will reach out to you and schedule your meeting with you. This meeting will provide personalized feedback to you focusing on operational excellence, attitude, and leadership. Remember to listen with an open mind to both the good and the bad, looking for ways to grow and stretch yourself. This feedback is from people who are for you and want the best for you, so remember no one is attacking you and everyone wants to see you succeed.
Remember to read the first two chapters of Crucial Conversations and to fill in the workbook page associated with it. We will review that page with you at the start of your meeting.
